Welcome to Bernardo Heights

Bernardo Heights in Rancho Bernardo is a master-planned golf course community located just east of I-15 at the Camino Del Norte exit. The community stretches from Camino Del Norte north to just south of Lomica Drive or the Seven Oaks Retirement Community. It runs from I-15 east to Pomerado Road. 

The Community Association of Bernardo Heights was built in the 1980s to early 1990s. The community features the Bernardo Heights Clubhouse and Lucido Park. Lucido Park is a private park with 4 tennis courts, a walking trail, and a playground. The clubhouse is also within walking distance to The Heights Golf Club* with an 18-hole par 72 golf course running through the neighborhood.
 
*Access to The Heights Golf Club is not included in CABH membership.

The Community Association of Bernardo Heights has a great location. It’s just north of all the great shopping in Carmel Mountain Ranch including Costco, Nordstrom Rack, Home Depot, and Scripps Clinic.

CABH Regular Meeting Times

Architectural
Meetings

ARC Meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month. The cut off for ARC applications is the Friday morning before the meeting. *Zoom meetings may be conducted if requested by member.

CABH
Board Meetings

The CBH Board of Directors monthly meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of each month at 5:30PM. The meetings take place at the CABH clubhouse. CABH owners are encouraged to attend.

Landscape
Meetings

The Landscape Committee meets monthly on the 2nd Thursday @ 8:00 AM in the Mesa Room.

Help keep your neighborhood's sidewalks and landscaping beautiful around Bernardo Heights by picking up after your dogs and disposing of waste in proper trash cans!

Check out our new park called View Pointe Park. It is located at the intersection of Bernardo Heights Parkway and View Pointe Row.
